Maiden of Silk embodies timeless elegance, inspired by Vietnamese women whose quiet strength and grace are woven into every thread of silk.

They work in silence, never complaining, guided by a pure heart and a deep sense of devotion to others. Their lives are marked by diligence, discipline, and inner resilience — and yet, they understand that even the most selfless deserve moments of beauty and indulgence. In rare, tender pauses, they allow themselves a touch of luxury, earned through sacrifice and grace.

This collection is a tribute to these women — to their quiet power, their unwavering spirit, and the kind of elegance that does not fade, but lives on.

Where it all began: Vietnam.

My name is ️Hà My Lê . I am a Vietnamese girl raised in Germany, deeply grateful for the life I live, a life gracefully balanced between two continents, two cultures, and two identities.
In 2024, I founded Maiden of Silk as a way to weave both worlds into one, honoring my heritage while embracing the elegance of modern life.
Last year, I returned to Vietnam to visit the silk villages. There, I immersed myself in the intricate art of silk production, learning from families who have been crafting silk for generations. I discovered not only the history of this timeless craft but also the deep, personal stories behind each silk thread. It was a beautiful and inspiring journey that enriched my understanding and connection to this ancient tradition.
I encountered many fabrics and sought out the finest silks the country has to offer. The more I learned, the deeper my love for silk grew. There is no fabric that embraces the skin as softly and delicately as silk — it feels like a second skin.

Silk, Breathed by Women

Silk has been crafted in Vietnam since the time of ancient dynasties — by women who passed down their knowledge and artistry from generation to generation.
Today, it is once again women who carry this tradition forward, sharing the beauty of Vietnamese silk with the world.
At every step of the process, it is women who bring silk to life. Maiden of Silk exists to represent these women, to honour them with all our heart, and to protect their craft and spirit with the care they so deeply deserve.
Maiden of Silk is my heart. And with all that I am, I will protect every woman who stands behind it.
At Maiden of Silk, we work with a small team of local seamstresses to support women who earn their livelihoods with skill, dignity, and dedication — not only for themselves, but for their families.
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by Vietnamese women. There is no mass production — only care, craftsmanship, and respect woven into every stitch.
